1) PROJECT MANAGER - Manage the design and implementation of a Microsoft Server implementation. MS Project Server is the Enterprise version of MS Project.
Contract initially six months with possibility of extending up to 24
months.
Program Manager Position Description – (QTG/1UP Integration PM)
Responsible for coordination and integration of multiple project work plans across the Quaker Tropicana Gatorade (QTG) Supply Chain Systems team in support of a corporate wide SAP implementation. This project management role requires strong MS Project Server skills in support of portfolio and resource management, ability to align multiple complex project work plans and deliverables, and provide insight into opportunities/risks/gaps that would keep this overall program from successful execution.
This program management role spans multiple cross functional teams comprised of corporate SAP team members, many other packaged application vendors/consultants, QTG Supply Chain business, QTG Supply Chain IT, IT Infrastructure, IT Architecture, and others.
The Program Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining meaningful cross project consistency, aligning project work plans to interdependent project need-by dates, and supporting accurate integrated portfolio/resource views. The Program Manager will be an important source for project management methodologies, per the PepsiCo Project Lifecycle Methodology, and in providing solutions where the methodology does not fully support our complex project environment. The Program Manager will conduct regular reviews of overall Program status.
Well qualified candidates will be PMP certified with a minimum of 10 years of successful program/project management experience with a focus on best practice process and tool utilization. SAP implementation experience is a huge plus.

Project Manager Position Description – (WMS PM)
Responsible for the project management of a multi-site Warehouse Management Upgrade, plus preparation for successful integration with SAP. This WMS/Red Prairie upgrade impacts ~30 Distribution Centers across the U.S.
This project management role spans a cross functional team comprised of Logistics IT, Distribution Centers, IT Development, IT Infrastructure, IT Architecture, SAP and other consultants.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful plan and execution of this project, which includes team leadership, risk and issue management, change control, a meaningful project charter and project work plan, plus other PepsiCo Project Lifecycle Methodology documentation. The Project Manager will regularly review with the Project Steering Committee project status.
Well qualified candidates will be PMP certified with a minimum of 5 years of successful experience project managing large/complex (>$2.5M/project) projects implementing Logistics/Warehouse Management related applications in large (>$1B)
