Skill Set: Excellent communication skills required Lead Workshop for core team on v8.9 functionality and process flow - Gather and document requirements - Perform gap/fit analysis - Document design - Assist in evaluation and selection of resume processing software. To provide PeopleSoft HCM v8.9 Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise for upgrade from HRMS 8.3 (eRecruit, Resume Processing (Mohomine) and Applicant Tracking). Professional will be expected to present delivered application functionality (lead workshop) and assist in analyzing and selecting resume processing software. Professional will be expected to gather and document requirements, perform gap/fit analysis and document design. Professional should be skilled in PeopleTools for design considerations..
