Description: Responsible for design, coding, testing and implementation of software solutions. May also participate in the analysis of business requirements for translation to system requirements.
Requirements:
*7+ years experience in Application Development.
*5-7 years experience with Microsoft Visual C++ Development.
*3-5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Development.
*2-3 years experience in the financial markets industry.
*Competent to work at a high technical level of all phases of system development.
*Exposure to modeling tools.
*Ability to communicate clearly/efficiently with users, management and staff.
*In depth knowledge of the testing process.
*Knowledge of and ability to develop life cycle documents and apply business knowledge to system designs.
*Work with Production Support staff to provide, when necessary, real time support.
*Other technical skills including COM, DCOM, MSMQ, SQL, InstallShield, NT, NT Services & Visual SourceSafe. Microsoft .NET and C# a plus.
*Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong math skills a plus.
