MARKETING MANAGER

AccountNow, Inc. (www.accountnow.net) is a fast growing, privately held Company
providing financial solutions to the 40 million plus underserved/unbanked
consumer market. AccountNow provides lower cost alternatives to this market
with products including second chance bank accounts, debit cards, credit
builder, wire transfer and bill payment services through numerous marketing
channels.
Job Function:
We need an experienced marketing manager who is passionate about marketing and
is an expert on how to generate high quality leads and customers through
traditional marketing media including TV, radio, direct mail, print and
distribution partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive and own an
integrated lead generation strategy and its execution and analysis.
Design effective qualification programs and processes to yield more customers
from leads.
Evaluate campaigns and recommend additional marketing strategies and
approaches.
Manage vendors and negotiate pricing.
Manage campaign strategies, content, list creation, operations, vendor
relations, campaign analyses and reporting of success metrics.
Conduct market research projects and oversee copy development, execution and
analysis of marketing campaigns.
Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
Perform analysis to evaluate existing campaign performance and perform
comprehensive review and evaluate alternative media outlets.
Qualifications and Experience:
BA/BS Degree in business, marketing, or related field
3-5 years marketing experience with focus on direct mail, television, radio,
print, and/or distribution partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM
tools, creativity, ambition, enthusiasm, excellent writing skills, sound
business judgment.
Solid negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
